Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Showpo ships to all U.S. states.

International shipping is not available at this time unless noted on specific product pages.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the tracking number to check your delivery status through the carrier’s website.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, email sales@showpo.shop with your order number immediately.


6. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Final sale, clearance, and certain personal items are not eligible

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
